“By the Sea” is a tagger size scrap kit created by Vickie by Vickie’s Scraps and can be purchased here.  Thank you Vickie for another fantastic kit!

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

~~ Let’s get started ~~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste El 198 as a new layer.
Resize 65%
Don’t worry about placement just yet.
Click inside of the frame with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 25 Into Selection.
Deselect for now.

Add the following elements below the frame, see my tag for placement – don’t worry about what overhangs the frame.  We’ll clean that up in a bit.
El 50:  Resize 15%
El 62:  Resize 15%
El 87: Position in the top left corner/Duplicate/Resize 60%
El 204:  Resize 15%

Highlight the paper layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight each element that overhangs the frame and tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Close out your white canvas.
Merge Visible.
Reopen your white canvas.
Move the merged larger slightly to the left on your canvas.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Add your elements.  I used:
El 200:  Resize 50%/Free rotate Left 180 degrees
El 222:  Resize 50%/Flip
El 89:  Resize 80%
El 60:  Resize 70%/Duplicate/Mirror
El 108:  Resize 40%
El 95;  Resize 15%
El 32:  Resize 25%/Free rotate Left 25 degrees
El 27:  Resize 20%
190:  Use your Pick Tool to flatten the image/Duplicate/Duplicate Mirror – move all 3 sand layers into position
40:  Resize 25%/Free rotate Right 25 degrees
41:  Resize 20%
44:  Resize 15%/Use your Pick Tool to turn slightly

Highlight your white background.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 18 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.
Foreground and Background: #000000
Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Resize all layers 80%.
