Supplies

1 tube of choice – I used the adorable artwork of Lisa Cree which can be purchased from PSP TubeStop.  You must have a license to use.

Font of choice –  I used Xiomara here

Weescotlass Mask 297 here

My Template 144 here

“Blooming Spring” is a FTU tagger size scrap kit created by Melissa of P&A Designs and can be downloaded from her blog here.  Please leave a thank you.  It’s the least you can do for something given freely.

 

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up the template.

Shift + D.

Close out the original.

Delete the credit layer and Circle layer.

Highlight Rectangle 3 layer.

Click on it with your Magic Wand.

New Raster layer.

Copy and paste Paper 17 Into Selection.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.  If you’re using the same tube as I did, resize 60%.

Move into position so that the daisy at the top of the tube is lined up with the top of Template layer “Rectangle 1”.

In your layers pallet, right click on the tube layer/Promote Section to layer.

Deselect.

In your layers pallet move the original tube layer so that it’s just above Rectangle 1 layer.

Delete Rectangle 3 template layer.

Highlight Rectangle 1 layer.

Click on it with your Magic Wand.

New Raster layer.

Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Delete the template layer.

Highlight Rectangle 2 layer.

Repeat the above step.

Color Pallet:

Foreground: #808080

Background:  #8cc1ec

Highlight Slats 1 layer.

Make your Color replacer Tool active and change the color of the template layer by double right clicking your mouse over the template.

Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Highlight Slats 2 layer.

Repeat the above step.

Add your elements.  I used:

Flowers 7 & 8:  Resize 55%

Flower 8 again:  Resize 25%/Duplicate

Flower 5:  Resize 20%/Duplicate

Flower 7 again:  Resize 15%/Duplicate

Element 2:  Resize 40%/Free rotate Left 45 degrees/Duplicate/Mirror/Flip/Duplicate/Mirror

Wire 1:  Resize 60%/Free rotate Right 30 degrees

Highlight your white canvas.

New Raster layer.

Select All.

Copy and paste Paper 5 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Apply the mask.

Merge Group.

Add your credits.

Add your name:

Foreground:  #402b05

Background: #bf7675

Stroke: 1

Type your name.

Give it the same slight Inner Bevel:

Resize all layers 80%.
